Return Policy

Returns can be made in the following way:

Make sure you include your order number, reason for return and any other relevant information in your email.

Carefully package the item, taking care to include all of its tags, bags, and manuals. Please be sure not to write on or damage the manufacturer’s packaging material, as this can make an item not returnable. Please be sure to ship your package in a sturdy shipping box.

Once we have received your return and inspect it, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item.

We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Marine GP offer a 30-day return policy on most products.

  • Returns with valid proof of purchase will receive a refund based on the initial form of payment, such as the credit card used for the purchase. “Valid Proof(s) of Purchase” include the order number, order confirmation email, original sales receipt. 
  • Returns without a Valid Proof of Purchase will not be accepted 
  • Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment. Shipping fees will not be refunded. 
  • To be eligible for a refund, products must be uninstalled, unused, in clean and resalable condition, in original packaging, and complete with all tags and manuals. Make sure to follow all the directions in the Return Process outlined above.  
  • Information regarding return activity and from IDs can be held in a company-wide database of customer return activity. 

Refunds

  • Please allow 3-7business days for refunds to be processed following approval of your return.
  • Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment. Shipping fees will not be refunded. 
  • Please Contact Us with any questions regarding the status of your return. Please have your all purchase information ready.

Product Exclusions and Restrictions 

  • The following items cannot be returned: Engine blocks, PCM’s, and mid sections 
  • Certain returns will be handled under the manufacturer’s warranty or return policy.

Damaged Shipments 

It is the responsibility of the carrier if an item that is damaged. If you receive a damaged item, take photos, save the box and all packaging material and contact us within 48 hours (about 2 days) of receiving the shipment. 

Stopping an Order 

Marine GP works extremely hard to ship out orders in the shortest amount of time possible.  Therefore, we ask that you call us as soon as possible with your stop order request.  We will attempt to stop your order if it has not been shipped out yet. 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].

Additional Return Information

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
