Welcome to MarineCat.pro, a multivendor marketplace. By registering as a vendor and selling products on our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms outline the permitted sales channels for your products and ensure compliance with our platform’s policies.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website as a vendor, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not register or sell on our platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Vendor Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction to register as a vendor.
- You must provide accurate information about your business, including contact details, company website (if applicable), and physical store location (if applicable).
- All products listed must comply with local laws, intellectual property rights, and our prohibited items policy.
3. Permitted Sales Channels
As a vendor on MarineCat.pro, you are restricted to selling your products only through the following channels:
- Our Website (MarineCat.pro): You may list and sell your products directly on our multivendor platform.
- Your Company Website: You may sell your products on your own official company website, provided it is disclosed during registration.
- eBay: You may list and sell your products on eBay, subject to eBay’s own terms and policies.
- Your Physical Store: You may sell your products at your brick-and-mortar physical store location(s), if applicable.
Prohibited Channels: You are expressly prohibited from selling, listing, or distributing your products on any other online marketplaces, platforms, or channels not listed above, including but not limited to Amazon, Etsy, Shopify stores (other than your own company site), Facebook Marketplace, Walmart Marketplace, AliExpress, or any other third-party e-commerce sites.
Violation of this clause may result in immediate suspension or termination of your vendor account, removal of all listings, withholding of payments, and potential legal action.
4. Product Listings and Sales
- All product listings must be accurate, including descriptions, images, pricing, and shipping details.
- You are responsible for fulfilling orders, handling customer service, and managing returns/refunds in accordance with our policies.
- Commission and fees: MarineCat.pro will deduct a commission on each sale made through our platform, as outlined in your vendor dashboard.
5. Intellectual Property
- You warrant that all products you sell are original or properly licensed and do not infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or patents.
- MarineCat.pro reserves the right to use your product images and descriptions for promotional purposes on our site.
6. Compliance and Liability
- You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including tax obligations, data protection (e.g., GDPR if applicable), and consumer rights.
- MarineCat.pro is not liable for any disputes between you and buyers, or for any losses incurred through permitted external channels.
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify MarineCat.pro against any claims arising from your products or violations of these terms.
7. Account Termination
We may terminate your vendor account at any time for violations, including unauthorized sales channels. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our platform and remove any references to it.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of State of Florida, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of [Your Location].
