Standard Returns for Satisfaction

  • 30-Day Return Window: Not completely satisfied? Return any unused item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement—no questions asked!
  • Eligibility for Full Refund:
    • New Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in like-new condition with all tags and accessories. We’ll refund the full purchase price (excluding shipping costs) within 7 days of receiving your return.
    • Used Items must be in same condition that it was in when purchased.
  • How to Return:
    1. Contact our friendly team at Customer-Service@MarineCat.pro to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
    2. Ship the item to PO BOX 16955 8761 N 56th St. Tampa, Fl 33687 with the RA number and original order number included.
    3. We’ll begin processing your refund or replacement once item is received.

Returns for Opened or Slightly Damaged Items

We understand you might open a package or cause a minor scratch. If you want to return an item without its original packaging or has slight damage (e.g., scuffs, missing blister pack), we’re happy to work with you! Instead of a full refund, we may offer to buy it back at a fair price based on its condition and resale value. And then when we resale it to customers, we will have it noted that it was opened or etc.

  • Our Buy-Back Offer: After inspection, we’ll propose a partial refund (typically 50-80% of the purchase price). For example, a $50 gasket without packaging might get a $25-$35 buy-back offer.
  • Your Options: Accept the offer for a quick refund, choose a replacement, opt for store credit, or keep the item—it’s your call!
  • Why This Helps: This approach keeps quality usable parts in circulation while offering you a fair solution.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers pay return shipping for standard or opened-item returns.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Heavily damaged, or custom-ordered parts are not eligible unless defective and verified with proof.
  • Refund Processing: Full refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 days of received returned. Partial refund offers are paid within 7 days of acceptance. Store credit is available on request.
